Support is absolutely dog ****. Been waiting for a response for 2 weeks after every call same generic response "support will get in touch within 2 to 48 hours" the first line support is probably the mist ret@rded support i have ever come across. With responses such as 'restart the device' 'put the device in flight mode' "we will escalate the matter" never ever dealt with such *********** bafoons.
