STAY FAR AWAY NO INTERNET CONNECTION

O ordered from these people and got the SIM 10days later now it's been 4 ****ing days still no internet. My sim is not activated and because it was delived by Ram was rica'd already. Im beyond upset about this terrible service and their robots is not replying the support team does not reply or support!!! I want to cancel my sim with immediate effect!!!!! Bt i cant even do that. Plus what CEO decides to close a telecommunications company/callcentre over the lockdown period????? IM LIVID WITH RAIN. IM CURRENTLY ON UNPAID BECAUSE OF YOU RAIN UN****ING PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
