STAY FAR AWAY FROM RAIN!!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Firstly I make sure my area (Pineslopes) has coverage. Their website shows clearly that they have 4&5G coverage in my area. So I order my sim, and activate it. Shocker.. I need to run around my garden to even get 1 stripe of network covarge from them. And if I move from that one spot, NO SERVICE. Put the sim in a brand new wifi ****le... SAME PROBLEM!! Paid for a full month. When I cancel my sim, they say to me I will have to pay for September as well... so what happened to the month to month basis as advertised?? Try calling them?? YOU CANT!!! Their reason? Another shocker... COVID 19!!!! BULL****!! 1000s of other companies made sure to implement plans to keep their customer service call centres open, why can't Rain??? Pathetic company!!!
