STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Rain is by far the WORST ISP in South Africa. The signal strength is forever weak, especially during the day when I need it most to do my work or when it rains, no pun intended. If you are working from home and need high-speed reliable internet, STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!

What's the point of asking for my email address? Are you gonna use it to magically fix the **** service you sell to unsuspecting customers?

Poor connection, No connection, Unauthorised debit orders, Double debit orders, Debiting customers long after they've cancelled your service, 86% of your reviews are HORRIBLE, etc, etc, etc...

How are you guys even allowed to operate after such appalling results? Pathetic!

We both know there's nothing you can do to make the connection reliable and fast, your service is technically flawed, so you can cut the act. I will be cancelling my contract this month so you can take your investigation and assistance and shove it up your backside.

In future, reply publicly so that people can see your meaningless damage control tactics.
