Rain just being Rain again. No surprises here.

Opened a ticket on their system 5 days ago to have my payment date moved by 7 days because I am getting paid late this month. No reply (nothing new). Not sure why they bother with a ticketing system. Today I received an sms from them to tell me my payment was unsuccessful. Imagine my surprise? But guess who foots the bill for the unsuccessful transaction at my back? This idiot! This idiot for being a Rain customer.

Just stay away people. They will never become a professional operation. Oh and also, your calls to the help desk are answered 7,500km away in India. Go figure!

I'm pulling the trigger on a fiber installation. I'm done with this BS.
