STAY AWAY FROM THIS **** OF AN ISP..!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Rain, their service sucks big purple nuts. I have been logging tickets all week because I have not been able to use RAIN since Monday as my router is not picking up any Signal (note my router works perfectly with my other service provider sim) and my router is in the same place I have been putting it since I joined last year, but this week it cant seem to pick up the signal.

Not that it was working perfect before Monday, their speed is less than 1mbps and with constant breaks where you cant even get a WhatsApp message to send, but with fibre not yet out in my area decided to keep them.

They are quick to call when you show interest in joining them but when you have issues they do not respond.

Some lady just called me about 5 mins ago and it seems their telephone lines are worse than their internet service, she kept breaking to the extent that she spent a full 2 minutes trying to tell me her name which I never got and she eventually dropped.

I'd honestly cancel them today right now, but they going to deduct again month end for this month so I figure on 30th this month I am cancelling this **** of a service provider.

It's not worth it, stay away!!!
