!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ****MERS !!!

While I hope others experience remains positive, I would advise exercising caution based on my recent history with rain network. Despite a strong start, the service quality has declined significantly. I am particularly concerned by the lack of transparency; many positive reviews here on Hello Peter do not address actual uptime, it is telling that their adverti*****ts often have comments disabled, what are you so worried about?🤔, furthermore their technical support has been dismissive. After opening numerous tickets for the same recurring issue, I was given inadequate solutions—such as being told to rely on 4G or that my hardware was 'outdated'—simply to explain away consistent outages between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. This has been the most disappointing service experience I have encountered.

I expect you to provide the uninterrupted internet service originally promised. Your recent communication suggests that my expectations are unreasonable; however, the following ticket numbers prove this is a chronic, unresolved issue: 402971, ***2, ***, ***2, ***0, ***8, ***6, ***2, ***4, ***0, and most recently ***6. Simply logging a ticket is not a substitute for a resolution. I am looking for a permanent fix and not PR from your end, and honestly, if you were providing good internet, you would have to deal with less PR.

I spoke to your indian agent at 18:00 about a poor connection, and only at 11:00 I started seening improvements, now thats 5 hours of no internet which I m paying for, this is *****, you *****ing from us and now you come here and say "can confirm that you are connected to your regular serving site and the signal is at the optimal" this is for now, jence I say this is just PR from your end without sorting out the real issue, you probably spending more attention on it that improving your infrastructures.

This is a perfect example of poor customer priority. By requiring three speed tests at 30-minute intervals, you are essentially asking me to accept over an hour of downtime just to prove there is an issue.I have already provided numerous screenshots to your bot—why is that data being ignored? This feels like a tactic to stall rather than solve the problem. I have already sent the most recent results, including the 'Could not connect' error. Please escalate this and resolve my connection issues immediately without further administrative delays.

SCREEN SHOTS HAVE BEEN SENT.
I know I will get a call from your so called engineer saying they are calling about my network issue, where I have specifically mentioned that the issue is between 18:00 and 22:00, same as last night.

This is exactly my point, and I hope others see this lack of accountability for what it is. I have already sent 3 emails containing screenshots of the low Mbps speeds—is that not sufficient evidence for you to acknowledge the issue? It is clear at this point that these technical failures are being ignored. Even here on Hello Peter, you seem more interested in managing your image than actually resolving the problem. Your professionalism seems to be in deflection rather than service, I m currently running at 0.3 mbps and have a screen shot of it.

I am following up on my previous email regarding my internet connection. My current download speed is 0.5 Mbps and my upload speed is 0.0 Mbps, making the service unusable. As requested, I have already sent the data logs; these were easy to collect as this is a daily occurrence. Please note that this is not an isolated issue, as my neighbors connected to the same tower are experiencing the exact same connection failures
