STAY AWAY FROM THESE BACKSTABBERS

I tried canceling my rain service a few months ago, but their site was down as usual at that time, so I called in to an agent who said they usually do not assist clients in canceling as this needs to come from their end, but she is willing to do so for me since the system is down and was very problematic"

It is now few months later and I had to cancel it myself after paying for it every single month without using or even having access to the simcard

Contact their support and they say they would need a ticket number of which I rep**** I called in, ticket numbers are mail ticket, not telephonic conversations so the yshould check their phone recordings since they should be recording it for security and quality purposes of which the agent again stated they would need a ticket number and using the words "If that proof is not there I cannot investigate further" This is extremely unprofessional and would recommend everyone staying away from them. At first I though this is a good company, helping their customers when their stuff is not working, but now I have to take the knife out of my back.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BACKSTABBERS. They will steam your money and when you ask for it back, they will just say sorry, we cant find proof so thank you for your money indirectly.

The reason I canceled is because their service degraded extremely fast, and apparently so did the support staff manners too. If you are serious about having a LTE connection of some sort, rather look elsewhere
