STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I am back AGAIN!!!!! After having to fight being invoiced for how many months after I CANCELED my account. I am now being called by CCD Couriers twice a day to collect a rain router! While I am writing this it's the 21st of October 2023. RAM collected the ROUTER on the 17th of December 2021!!!! How this company is still in service I have no idea how with the level of incompetency which in itself is on a level I have NEVER seen! Working in customer service I am just 100% speechless!!! Don't know what the do anymore with them! I just need them OUT OF MY LIFE! This nightmare was thought to be over but NO!!! Here I go again going on 4 years of dealing with this!
