Stay away from Rain WiFi!!!!

Rain is the most unique service provider. I lost service on 19 April 2021, today is the 29 April 2021 and my issue has not been resolved , no follow up calls, no assistance, they went cold on me. I am truly amazed. I’ve had this contact for 1 month, of which I only received 2 days of uninterrupted service . I’ve paid a full months subs- for 2 days of data, get this, when I called the call centre , they tried to persuade me to upgrade to 5G, blaming the issue on the less expensive option that I had chosen. It’s a complete joke. I will update the hello Peter community of the the cancellation hassles as I anticipate many . Doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest .
