Stay away from rain!!! They are the worst.

I did not use the rain sim card for an entire month/billing period but they still debited my account. They keep saying I should have cancelled the service before not using it. I have read their terms and conditions and I can't find that stipulation anywhere! Don't use these ********.

Worse yet, they refuse to refund me. I make sure to warn people against using rain. Horrible business ethics and best practice.
