Stay away from Rain .Their billing system will rob you.

Rain debited my account 3 times(R529) without my authority. I raised the issue with their support.Right after canceling sevices and logging a case with my Bank for ********** unauthorized transaction. They only reversed 1 debit. Raised the issue again sent proof of payments. The next day they debited my account for R529 again! Then they had the audacity to ask for proof of payments again! I asked to one of the Support agent Xolile Mzila to assist me on Monday. She tells me issue is escalated to billing. Called to Follow-up today(Wednesday). I am told I will only get updated on Saturday because they'll be off from tomorrow. What kind of unprofessionalism is that nevermind no show of urgency after erroneously debating my account not once, but twice within the space of two weeks! I vouch for anyone to stay away if you value your online banking security.
