Stay away from Rain. Support is pathetic

Rain performed a firmware upgrade on my *** device, without warning, which meant connectivity was interrupted. After the upgrade was complete, the device restarted, and one of my devices could no longer connect to the Rain wifi. Logged calls, and was told that Advanced Support would contact me in under 24 hours. Lies, lies, more lies. I wasted all my airtime, and had to buy data for the device which cannot connect due to their 'upgrade'. Their support is absolutely clueless and useless. Their bots are pathetic to say the least.
