Stay away from Rain - ****

I am disgusted with Rain - they advertise a service that doesn't work. No internet even after a number of phone calls, I am trying to get a refund on my payment and they refuse to respond to my request. Logging calls on the site seems useless as I receive a ticket confirmation on email only to get a new message back "Your ticket #*** has been resolved." "Your ticket #*** has been resolved." "Your ticket #*** has been resolved." How can you resolve an issue without contacting a client ?

Surely this must be a **** ??
