STAY AWAY FROM RAIN - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP

Rain is by far the worst ISP I've dealt with, there products do not work and 5G / 4G speeds are pathetic and does not work. I have been trying to contact someone from RAIN for 4 weeks with no response, I have logged 5 service requests and gon responses. I have been trying to cancel my service but can't because I cannot get hold of anyone, they don't answer call and don't response Stay away from this pathetic provider
