STAY AWAY FROM RAIN NETWORK

Rain is refusing to cancel or deactivate service. I joint them in March, payed R250 but I never had network and I contacted them almost daily complaining about that, I then decided to deactivate on the 20th of much. I sent them multiple emails and messages on their facebook page. They never responded, they then sent communication that in order to cancel I must pay R67, I paid that and sent them proof of payment but they still never cancelled. I have back and forth messages asking them to cancel and every time they would request for my ID and email address but never cancelled. Today they are saying I owe R250. I don’t even know where the sim card is because I stopped using in March and I have been trying to cancel every week since then.
