Stay away from Rain, it’s useless

I’ve been with rain almost 2 years now it’s nothing but *******. I’ve only stayed this long because I haven’t found another service provider that’s not contractual.

90% of the time, there is no connection, if you lucky it’s slow. They deduct R699. 00 from my account every month without fail but fail to deliver.

Don’t bother sending an email, all you will get is a reference number and you will follow up until you tired. You’ll reset all you want it won’t work.

Rain should just close. I’m cancelling this *******
