STAY AWAY FROM RAIN - ITS A **** WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT

I have been contacting rain to cancel my subscription for the past month. I have logged numerous cancellation, support and even phone calls and I am promised that someone will get back to me and no-one does. But, they help themselves to my money every month. This is a really low and filthy tactic considering that I have tolerated their non-existent connectivity for almost two years.
