Stay away from Rain internet. Useless internet service provider

I have recently bought a Rain internet SIM with uncapped package. Please be advised to stay away from Rain internet.they have no after-sales service. Three days have passed and i have not received any support except for an email with no contact telephone number, and no further technical assistance to my problem with their internet connectivity. I'm cancelling my subscription with Rain internet with immediate effect.
