Stay away from Rain for your peace

So Rain service provider pretends to attend to our complaints by saying we will be contacted knowing very well that we won’t. Till this day, I didn’t get feedback on the refund I asked for, knowing very there’s no actual building I can go to for assistance. I guess there’s no intention to fix my problem
