STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and learn from my and all the other people's mistakes. RAIN has contacted us to arrange a convenient time with my wife to deliver the router to us. My wife told them that she can leave office earlier on Friday 28 May 2021 and meet them at our residential address after 15:00 as both the company's my Wife and myself work for don't allow visitors / deliveries during the COVID lock down. They phoned my wife then on Friday saying they are infront of our gate with the delivery at 11:45. She told them that the arranged time was set after 15:00 as she is still at work. They then said that they will return later but never showed. After enquiring it then on Friday they agreed on delivering it then Monday after 16:00, only to phone and inform us after 14:00 that they don't do deliveries after 16:00. Rain SUCK big time! It is also difficult to get hold of someone and if you do, they all have a don't care attitude.
