Still waiting for a reply or call back. Their automated replies are a ****. I'm disappointed that Hellopeter allows Rain to answer in this way. If you're looking for an internet supplier 'STAY AWAY' from rain. They keep on billing you months after you have cancelled your service. Terrible service!
