STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

1 star is really giving these day light ******s too much credit. I had great coverage and connection for about 2 months, and then no coverage or on and off coverage for the next 3 months. I never knew that I had to cancel since its a month to month contract, yet when I finally cancelled they imposed a 30 day notice period. Furthermore they lie and say they bill in arrears, but I had to pay an upfront amount of R475 or my sim wouldn't be activated. I will open a ******** case against Rain if they continue to bill me and not reimburse me for money they deducted. Please do yourselves a favor and run for the hills, stay far away from RAIN. Poor network, poor customer service (technical support will contact you a month later). They are ********* dressed up as a reputable network provider. Complaining on Hellopeter wont help me but will help others who consider them. DONT DO IT!!!
