PLEASE DON’T GET RAIN INSTALLED!!!! Again: no internet; no service; no contact apart from one email: “just want to follow up if your issue is resolved...” NO ITS NOT!!! This is a desaster and now the best: received an email that my account is in arrears ... CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!! They write: tomorrow 17th of August ! What a joke this is ! This is the most annoying company I ever dealt with !!! As usual I can prove all I am staying here as not to black male BUT to they how it is ! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RAIN.

NOBODY TAKES CARE AT RAIN.
I am waiting now since around 9 weeks to get this service as promised and sold !
Now Tain decided to cut us off completely!!!
