STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

Signed up in April. Was told of a free month for R1,00. They debited my account with the R1,00. Signal has been really bad. Have been offline since 02 Jun and could not go into the account to see what the problem was. ASK RAIN continues to log calls but support never calls back. According to records we are in arrears so we made payment yesterday 05 June but still we remain offline. Support never helps and if you try and contact Sales, they actually call you back because they want the new business but after sales is shockingly bad. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN
