STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

I Ordered a 5G package in April because they said I am covered on the website, only to find out that there is zero coverage where I stay. They acted like the problem was the sim & did a sim swap, but still there was no signal. They even sent a technician, knowing very well that there is no coverage. Now i am stuck with a package that does not work and i have spoken to more than 3 consultants saying that they will perform an immediate cancellation & request a refund. The package hasn't been collected & i still haven't received my refund. Do not subscribe to rain, rather go to other existing service providers that are trusted & provide the best service. STAY AWAY FROMR RAIN, IT'S NOT WORTH A PENNY.
