STAY AWAY FROM RAIN 5G - www.rain.co.za

I strongly advise every south african to stay away from Rain.

I am on their best package and my account is obviously always up to date. I have lost connectivity over 50 times in two weeks.

The biggest problem is that support / customer service does not exist. If you lose connectivity, there is nobody to call for help. I have written to them on email and on social media and they do not care to respond.

They are only interested in the billing each month.

Again, to anyone interested in possibly using Rain, take my advice and stay away, Telkom's Adsl lines and customer service are more stable and efficient than Rains Service
