Stay away from RAIN 5G - nightmare company to deal with

RAIN 5G internet is very easy to join but extremely difficult to cancel (month to month contract.) I cancelled via their ineffective online portal as well as telephonically - RAM couriers collected the router in DEC 2021. I have not received any interim communication from them since early 2022 until OCT 2023 when I received an sms stating that I have been handed over to NuDebt.

Throughout this ordeal, the RAIN staff are shown to be totally *********** and seemingly have no interest in helping the customer whatsoever.

RAIN telecommunications should be avoided at all costs

And so the nightmare continues - despite having pd RAIN/NuDebt the owed amount and still having received NO feedback from my original complaint - I received this email today !!!!!!!!
I am lost for words
