Stay away from Rain 5G

Upon purchasing the 4G rain data sim, it was wonderful to use, I had ample coverage in my area (Stellenbosch) then a month ago I saw that Stellenbosch finally had 5G coverage and I immediately app**** for an upgraded to the 5G bundle of R499.

It had 5G coverage from the get go. After 2 weeks I noticed that I only received 4G signal instead of 5G. Keep in mind that I'm in the same area as before. Up until now I'm still getting 4G instead of 5G, after countless restarts and tickets logged on the app itself, nothing seems happen. There's absolutely no support from their side or a solution offered.

My honest opinion, stay away! I repeat, stay away! Rather sign up with a trusted internet service provider.
