Stay away from rain

I have been without internet connection for over 5 days, called to ne reconnected was told that the issue will be fixed but nothing.. I asked if I would get a credit for the days that I wasn't connected and was told no. I am not a technical person and can't fix issues on my own. If you still looking for internet service stay away from rain.
