Stay away from Rain!
Rain probably has the worst support center I've dealt with! THE WORST! I was doubly billed for September and I've been trying to resolve this for more than a week now! I've dropped 4 times, held for more than 20 minutes either on the music or silence! This is just crazy!

09 Oct 2023, 09:32This issue has now gone way off! The double payment was not resolved while one of the call center agents said they'll move the second payment to October. What has happened though is that my service has been suspended because my account is in arrears! So, what it means is that I paid 981,90 for a R499 PM package! This is really frustrating. Tried calling the help desk now and I just get dropped!
