STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY!

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at the lack of service from Rain. I have been without internet for over 2 weeks even though my account is paid. None of their consultants could assist with getting a new sim card delivered to me (Dumisani Manxiwa, Florence Mzipa, Thingahangwe Makhado, Nompumelelo Mavuso). I have spoken to these people multiple times to get a new sim delivered to my home, first it was sent to the incorrect address (which I did not agree to) next thing the courier (RAM) was hijacked yesterday. I tried to change my delivery address today and they indicated it will take 3 days which is completely absurd. I decided to cancel because clearly these people do not know what they are doing!!! I want a complete refund because for this month and WOULD LIKE TO WARN anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
