Stay away!

Poor service! The support agents and billing departments all contradict themselves. I've been struggling to make a simple change of debit order dates for months! Finally I was told to make a payment of R170 arrears plus R540 for the coming month. Therefore I made the payment on the 24th of December of R170 and they debited me R540 for the coming month. I spoke to an agent to check if all is correct with my account and my next debit order should be 25th of January. She agreed *** 30th of December... 5 hours later I get a message stating my account is over due with R540 and for me to prevent suspension i must make payment before the 1st of January 2024. I called an agent again and he told me the previous support plus billing i spoke to **** to me and I need to make another payment now or else I will be suspended. *** 30TH of December 2023. I told this man there's no way I'm going to make double payments when their own team had advised me on how to rectify the issue. I told him to cancel my services he refused! Rains billing department is a huge ****! I wouldn't advice this company at all! Bunch of ****s and if they don't trust me they can listen to their own recordings and hear their own lies! ***** at its best
