STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away from this service provider if you want peace of mind. They are sweet and kind when they're selling you their product. Once you experience problems you are on your own, nevermind the rude call center agents who don't mind hanging up the phone mid conversation. These ****s at Rain want to debit my account every 15 days. I received the router on the 13th of March by Friday the 15th it was switched of barely 48 in use,because a debit didn't go through. Lol, they've been trying to debit everyday since,racking up charges for me. I just want to cancel the damn thing. Lo and behold their call center is utterly useless. Stay away, rather pay for a more expensive product because at Rain you get want you pay for ' ****' from all angles.
