Stay away

Very disappointing and ********. We cancelled our account and they keep taking the monthly amount from my bank even though I never agreed to a debit order (I made one payment on the accountholders behalf). Contacted them a couple of times and they assured us that the account is closed and the money will be returned. 2 Months and many phone calls later and nothing has changed. Easy to sign up, but a nightmare to get rid of.
