STAY AWAY! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

If you value your mental health, I would suggest that you stay away from Rain. I'm currently stuck with poor network connectivity after lodging 3 tickets with them. I even got assistance from a lady who seemed to be helpful, all of a sudden she went mute. For most of the month I was left with no choice but to connect using data, this added more to my expenses, yet at the end of each month they expect you to pay.

Your service gives unnecessary stress, highly frustrating.
