The most ********** service! I’ve been with rain since COVID - 5 years of no issues. Only to now be getting messages / WhatsApp’s for invoices to be paid WITH THE INCORRECT BILLING! I’ve not received any invoices from them but they debited my account like clock. I was due to settle R649.00 and then suddenly it changed to R1,4k… 3 days later, it’s not R1,7k? AFTER I ALREADY MADE A PAYMENT. Please do not use this provider! Save yourself the inconvenience and inundation of messages regarding an over due account!!!
