Statements Request

I wanted to download my 2021 and 2022 statement from the app and it said "statement generating wait for a moment" for weeks I then called Rain call center last of last week Tuesday the consultant did not log any call for statements. Last week Thursday I called to check up the call center agent said they do not have a turn around time so she cannot confirm when will I get my statements.
