Started experiencing problems with internet connection since October

Started experiencing problems with internet connection since October. Have been calling to report the matter but till today the problem still exists I have spent a lot of money buying data whilst having rain debiting R699 every month from my account for service not rendered. I'm very disappointed with rain. Everytime I call them they promise to fix the problem but they don't. I am now tired of calling them because this consumes a lot of airtime
