Start to finish process with Rain

I signed up for Rain 5G before Lock Down in order to have internet access at my home. The unit was delivered the very next day. I now no longer require the unit and have cancelled my subscription, I was contacted within 48 hours and the entire process was smooth and seamless. I received excellent service from a gentleman called Ibrahim Sali, very helpful, kind and understanding. They have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, in an upside down world it is great to be handled so efficiently and with such great service
