S****py Service
Again almost 2 weeks of intermittent wifi signal. I've done everything I've been told to do. Ask Rain is impersonal & can't help me. Several tickets. 1 phone call. Still s****py service. We've been offline since 15 minutes ago...again! The umpteenth time! Should I contact ICASA before this get sorted?
