Sporadic RAIN technical support

I have logged a complain and to this day rain has not even bothered to make an attempt to get back to me please people think twice before taking out a RAIN package as this is what you have to deal with. Since last month I've been struggling for a technician to hear about my issues. I'm loosing business but they get their money every month

I've rebooted its gone back to factory settings and still having the slow internet speed. It's 12 to 18 kbs
