**** SPEEDS

Rain network speed is ****, did a speed test and its less than 5mbps for 5G ***????!. Am tired of slow network speeds after having had a connection problem and was switched to a different tower. Whats the ***n point???? My previous fibre connection was much faster than this **** you serving me daily. 5mbps is a friggin joke and worst of all you *****s dont ever call back yet you are paid in full. I demand fast speeds coz thats the value proposition you have advertised and this less than entry **** speeds is not gonna roll. This is just not on, you guys have been around for a while and need to invest in more infrastructure coz am not ***n satisfied yet I am paying and not happy but you are paid and not delivering to expectation. I URGE ALL CONSUMERS TO REALLY RECONSIDER 5G FROM RAIN, FIBRE IS BEST!!!,PERIOD!!!! NOW I KNOW.
