Speed test 0!?!?!?!!

Can you guys please explain to me, why I need to pay over R600 each month, for a service that doesn't work?? For a speedtest of 0 every night? Can't stream. Cant even send a video via Whatsapp, the signal is so **** that it takes hours for a video to go through. No one gets on contact with you, and there is no number you can call to sort it out. This is the most pathetic service! Call me so I cam cancel with you guys so I can get a service provider that actually works! Wifi that actually works in the day and at night. A service that gives 30 meg line when I pay for a 30 meg line, not 0. (0?? ***??) How does that happen by the way? You guys are quick to ask for your money otherwise you cancel the service, but there is no service to begin with!!!! Im over it!
