Speed is slow as a tortoise

This is by far the worse experience ever. The speeds is absolutely ridiculously slow yet I'm about 400m away from a rain tower and that even if u wish to download a 8mb size song u got to wait 10mins atleast. I'm with this provider for the past 3 months now and since I'm working at home due to covid19 protocols... I cant even send an email on this network. I have met a few others who had been also experiencing the same issues with the rain sim and I have seen that rain has sent them an outdoor router unit which is wired to a poe modem for signal inside your home and they have been getting speeds up to 10mbs even during the peak period... I am on the verge of canceling however should rain contact me with a solution similar to the ones they have provided others... I may consider continuing... I would like to be contacted urgently on my email ***... Or this will be my last month of service. I am done sending queries for the past 3 months to rain regarding my signal
