Purchased 5G LTE Package at R499 per month, They delivered a ZTE Router and a Nano Sim Card (preset). yesteday. Connected to Power and nothing happened! Received an SMS stating SIM Activated. Still Nothing! Emailed and requested assistance because although I am surrounded by Rain Transmitters am getting NO SIGNAL! Response from Robot that someone will contact. That was 24 hours ago. STILL NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM A HUMAN. The R499 was deducted over the weekend!
