Someone must lose their job serously
I got this sms today and called your call centre 7min holding to speak to some, she answers and confirms that i have cancelled 5g. Then she put me on hold to confirm why am i being debited and she cuts the call i am still waiting for a call back. How do you hand me over for collections for a cancelled product? I am waiting for to fetch the router. CCD confirms receipt of a collection request from rain.
