Some workers aren't good

The Rain lady who was helping me set up my account over the phone made about 3 errors. Now I have to use my airtime to try and correct otherwise I can't have my router delivered and there's now a delay because of this. Some of the workers are good and helpful while others lack attention to detail. This needs to change. It's frustrating.
