Solid service but disappointing offerings

I've been a client since 2021, starting with 4G Wi-Fi and later upgrading to 5G. The Wi-Fi speed is good and they deliver on time, and their web app is easy to use.

However, I wish they wouldn't discontinue older plans when introducing new ones. The old 5G plan I use is great, but the new one is more expensive and offers slower speeds. My brother switched to the new 5G router, and his speed is half of what I get with the old one, yet he pays R60 more.
