So its been 48 hours...

So its been 48 hours and no one from rain contacted me or sent me my call logs as requested .. Rain 5g commented on my two posts on Hellopeter with what seems to be an automated reply. But nothing yet ..i called rain again nowband the call center agent was unable to assist me with my call logs .. The email comes through without an attachment ... One cannot going through billings department of rain directly and they don't seem to reply to my email.. If hellopeter had option of Zero rating i would zero rate rain 5g An absolute poor pathetic service ..i would never recommend rain to anyone!!!
